Our cypress pine floors are probably 50 years old and had never been polished. They were covered in glue and blemished from being covered with tiles and lino over the years. Sydney Floor Sanders sanded and polished the floors and I was astounded with the result. They look brand new. Far above my expectations.

They were adaptable in scheduling the work to fit a tight re-tenant schedule. And the finished product is excellent. The suggested low VOC, water-based poly has worked really well.
